WEEKLY SONG-POSTS: More information:
Peter Kearney is posting one of his songs each week on a new website. Full lyrics and other information are included with the song. Over 150 of Peter's songs have been published in fifteen different albums. The main aim of Song-Posts is to give his songs an airing, unfamiliar songs perhaps as well as old favourites. The range of songs posted will be broad – some liturgical, some not ... songs for children and others for adults, some songs touching on social-justice themes, others quite light. Not every 'post' will be a winner for you, but there will always a different song coming up, while the project lasts. All songs posted are available for use, all registered with the One License licensing scheme for parishes, schools and other institutions.
Peter understands that most people will just listen to the songs. There is no charge for listening. If anyone wants to download audio or obtain pdf music for a song, this is possible. Links are provided for purchasing these resources for a small fee. Music is an important part of Peter’s livelihood.
TO OPT IN for receiving email notification of each new song-post, simply fill in the simple form on this page, then click on the submit button. In return, Peter will send a welcome message.

"MAKE ME A SONG..." DOUBLE-CD
Peter writes: "My music compositions for liturgy, prayer, reflection and education span a period of 52 years (since 1966 when 'Fill My House' was published). Make Me a Song compiles a selection of my hymns and songs originally published as cassette-tapes during the 1980s. There are 36 tracks, including 'Fill My House', 'The Beatitudes', 'Where Is Your Song, my Lord?', 'The Man God Chose', 'Lead Me to Hope', 'My Daughter My Son' and other popular titles. The tracks are drawn from four cassette albums:
1. 'Where is Your Song, my Lord? 1985 – my bestselling album.
2. 'Turn it All Around' (Songs for Peace and Justice) 1984
3. 'Signs of Hope' 1986
4. 'The Year of God's Favour?' 1988
